TRANSPORTATION TO KANSAI GAIDAI

FROM KANSAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO THE NAKAMIYA CAMPUS

All of the direct international flights bound for Osaka will land in Kansai International Airport (KIX). Limousine bus and train services are major public transportation from KIX to Kansai Gaidai.

Upon your arrival at KIX, go to 2nd floor (arrival gate is located on the first floor) and take JR Line "Kansai Airport Rapid Service" to Kyobashi station. Walk to Keihan Kyobashi station, as these two stations are connected. At Keihan Kyobashi station, take any train except for Rapid Limited Express bound for Demachiyanagi and get off at Hirakata-shi station. Limousine bus bound for Hirakata leaves from bus depot #10. FROM JR KYOTO STATION TO THE NAKAMIYA CAMPUS

At JR Kyoto station, take any express train on the KINTETSU-line and get off at Tambabashi-station. At Tambabashi station, change trains to the KEIHAN-line bound for Yodoyabashi and get off at Hirakata-shi station. The Express train takes about 20-minute and the Semi-Express about 36-minute.

FROM KEIHAN HIRAKATA-SHI STATION TO THE NAKAMIYA CAMPUS

Once you arrive at Keihan Hirakata-shi station, you can take a taxi, which is about 10 minutes ride or take a Keihan bus from bus depot #3 or #4 (north exit side) and get off at Kansai Gaidai.

FROM KEIHAN HIRAKATA-SHI STATION TO THE HOTANI CAMPUS

You can take a taxi for about 30 minutes or 40 minutes by bus from South bus depot #1 for "Hotani Gaidai."
