ORIENTATION PERIOD
Housing arrangements at Kansai Gaidai during the orientation period are complimentary. From the first day of our set official arrival dates, newly arriving students are guaranteed a place in one of the residence halls.

Individual students' specific check-out dates should be reported to the Center for International Education through the online survey during the semester.
Should any residents wish to leave Residence Hall during the semester, they must inform the Center for International Education of such plans two weeks in advance of their planned check out dates, and the check out time must be during regular office hours.
Residents are required to clean their rooms and to arrange furnishings properly prior to check out. When students check out of the Residence Hall, their rooms will be inspected by the Housing staff.
