I live in seminar house 3, in an apartment for 8 people but with only 6 girls living there. 3 American, 1 English, 1 Japanese and me. Although I’m not used to be with so much girls, I got easily used to be surrounded by girls.
I’ve heard in some apartments people are not friends but just room-mates. That is absolutely not my case…I love this girls, we share incredible amounts of chocolate, vegetables and bread while talking about our lives in past, present and future.
We have our class schedules posted in one of the fridges, just to make sure every body is awake to their classes and if you will find any company to go to have lunch at the cafeteria or to have dinner at home.
The kitchen’s table is the main element of the flat: we study, eat and share stories while sitting (and almost always eating).
We try to keep the apartment in order, but sometimes it’s just as if a “taifu” has run into the apartment and destroyed everything…
I know it’s just a fact of fade, but I’m happy someone decided with who was I going to share my daily life in Japan. It was a very good decision
