While developing a strong command of English and intercultural understanding, students refine their expertise with the aim of obtaining practical certifications. Through classes such as Career Planning, PBL for Internship (PBL = Project-Based Learning), and Research on Overseas Companies, students are able to apply flexible career-building skills to their post-graduation career paths. Over the course of two years, students develop the interpersonal skills essential in professional life while cultivating practical, job-ready skills through classes such as Introduction to Business and Information Literacy, expanding their future possibilities.

English skills for real-world use are enhanced through small, proficiency-based classes held four times a week in the first year. Students study global topics such as international community, the world economy, and environmental technologies in English through a content-based approach, deepening their understanding and acquiring a wide range of knowledge for success in professional settings. Building fundamental professional skills through K.G.C. Basics
This is a class unique to Kansai Gaidai College, designed to cultivate the knowledge and interpersonal skills essential for post-graduation career development. Under a homeroom system where one faculty member oversees a class for the entire two years, students receive detailed guidance over the two-year period on how to make the most of student life, self-analysis, and life planning. It also develops communication skills, presentation skills, and information literacy. With the help of first-year classes Career Planning and Career Development classes, students can envision a career path that is uniquely their own.

Students learn practical business skills to help with career design after graduation. In classes such as PBL for Internship, which involves internships and problem-solving, and Research on Overseas Companies, where students learn about the business world from global professionals, students gain firsthand experience in real-world business settings. Additionally, the Overseas Training Program provides opportunities to learn more at companies based abroad via a hands-on approach. We also actively support students in obtaining professional certifications and cultivate flexible career-building skills.
