Students can obtain dual degrees at both their home and host institutions.

It is necessarily to offer outstanding programs to attract students from Asia to Japan and to carry out the initial plan of the Consortium.

We will provide a unique program to accommodate students who wish to acquire "dual degrees” at both their home and host institutions.

Kansai Gaidai University has already produced a number of students who have obtained dual degrees in our degree seeking exchange programs with 20 universities in the United States, one in Canada and Sweden and two universities China. In the past, we mainly had contacts with universities in North America and Europe, but we plan to expand dual degree programs with universities in Asia.

We will establish similar dual degree programs in the Consortium. Our goal in the ASEAN Plus Three: University Consortium is to foster "The Next Generation of Global Citizens" with dual degrees and competency in three languages. Students in our program will spend two years in their home universities and then study in host universities for two years.
