Kansai Gaidai reached agreement on a dual degree program with USSH – University of Social Sciences and Humanities- Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City on 14 January 2010. President, Dr. Vo Van Sen and his team members visited Kansai Gaidai Nakamiya campus and signed the agreement with President Yoshitaka Tanimoto. Although there have already been international exchange programs (1-2 semesters) between Kansai Gaidai and USSH, the agreement this time provides broader opportunities for students in the undergraduate programs. Students transfer into the host institution and earn the credits required for graduation (and acquire the bachelor degree) at the host institution, and return to their home institution (and acquire the bachelor degree at the home institution by transferring the credits of classes taken at the host institution).
