Kansai Gaidai University's Delegation (9 members headed by Board of Trustees President Dr. Eiko Tanimoto) visited Tianjin Foreign Studies University on March 23rd 2010. The visit included the main campus in the city centre of Tianjin and Binhai campus in suburb. Binhai campus has opened 4 years ago, aiming to be ‘ECO Campus’. Kansai Gaidai had signed the ASEAN+3 University Consortium agreement one year ago, and this time, both universities reassured the further cooperation to make this academic opportunity for students realized. There are 4 students and 1 internship Japanese language teacher at Tianjin Foreign Studies University from Kansai Gaidai, and 2 Tianjin Foreign Studies University students studying at Kansai Gaidai now.
