To enhance substantially the exchanges under the ASEAN+3 program it is vital that adequate numbers and varieties of lecture classes are offered in the English language in undergraduate program. Nine Japanese professors of Kansai Gaidai participated in the faculty development training held at UWEC-University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, US, focusing specially on this topic. The more classes that are offered in English in Undergraduate program, the more the more opportunities there are of interaction among students from different backgrounds on the campus of Kansai Gaidai, even for the Japanese students who are not planning the study-abroad. Needless to say, it will lead to more opportunities of brushing up English language as a communication tool.
