Library & Media Center

The Library & Media Center was established in 2002 through the integration of the library, audiovisual, and data departments. It collects and provides academic resources essential for education and research.
Its information services—including printed materials such as books and journals, audiovisual materials, electronic media, databases, software, hardware, and networks—are actively utilized by students and faculty. It remains committed to improving its user services to further support education, research, and learning.
Research Support Center
The Research Support Center handles university administrative tasks such as applications for internal research funding and Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research. It also oversees the operations of affiliated facilities including the Intercultural Research Institute, Human Rights Education Research Institute, and Ibero-America Research Institute. In addition, it is responsible for various other duties exclusively related to the support of faculty research activities.
Support Center for English Teacher Training

The Support Center for English Teacher Training was established in September 2003 with the goals of supporting teacher training for students enrolled in the university's teacher certification programs and of collaborating with elementary, junior high, and high schools to research educational issues and contribute to the advancement of education as a whole.
With English education now mandatory in elementary schools, and foreign language activities for 5th and 6th graders becoming a formal subject, there is a growing demand for qualified English teachers and elementary school teachers proficient in English. What is in demand today are individuals with strong practical teaching skills, full of passion and character.
This center responds to such demands in the education field by prioritizing educational research activities aligned with the needs of schools, with the foremost goal of training teachers rich in both instructional ability and character.
