「緊急事態宣言」の延長を受けての本学の対応について

政府による新型コロナウイルス「緊急事態宣言」の延長に伴い、大阪府の緊急事態措置の実施期間が5月7日から5月31日まで延長されました。本学におきましても、学生および教職員等の生命と健康を守り、大学として社会的役割・責任を果たすべく、5月31日(日)まで各キャンパスへの入構を原則禁止し、教職員の勤務体制を変更いたします。

今後の状況の変化により、さらに変更が生じた場合は、大学ホームページ等でお知らせいたします。皆様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

１．学生の皆さん
キャンパスへの入構を原則禁止します。
但し、やむを得ず入構が必要な場合は、事前に下記までご連絡ください。

２．教員
キャンパスへの入構を原則禁止します。
但し、教育・研究、授業準備等、必要不可欠の場合のみ入構可とします。


３．事務職員
原則「在宅勤務」とし、ローテーションによる勤務体制の見直しにより最小限の事務機能を維持できる職員に限定し、出勤可とします。

Kansai Gaidai’s Response to the State of Emergency Extension

In compliance with the extension of the state of emergency by the Japanese Government, the period of enforcing stringent restrictions in Osaka has also been extended until May 31.  Thus in order to protect the lives and health of students, faculty and staff, Kansai Gaidai will continue to ask that the following measures be observed through Sunday, May 31.  Should there be any changes a notice will be posted on our website.
 
1. Students: In principle, students should refrain from coming to campus during the above period.

If it becomes necessary to report to the university, please contact one of the following offices, as appropriate, in advance:

2. Faculty members: In principle, faculty members should stay home and conduct classes remotely as scheduled. However, if it becomes necessary to come to campus/office for the purpose of class preparation or other educational or research activities, they may do so.

3.  Administrative offices: The offices will continue to be open with a minimal number of staff to sustain basic operations.
