You are strongly advised to use the “Kansai Gaidai Online Payment System (OPS)” to complete your payments except for tuition*. Through OPS, students are able to make payments by using their credit cards (Visa and MasterCard Only).
*The OPS accept payments in yen currency only. Therefore, if you are paying for tuition, for example you are an independent student, you need to pay tuition in US Dollars to Kansai Gaidai. Please use the wire transfer process that is explained briefly below.
